ok pk Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the ok pk platform — including casino games, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment services. These terms apply equally whether services are accessed via the website, mobile app or any other channel.

ok pk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this page from time to time.

1.2 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a safe environment, ok pk may request a copy of the user's national identity card, passport or other government-issued document when needed. Withdrawals or certain features may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Users are obliged to keep their login details — username, password and other security credentials — confidential. The user is liable for any loss resulting from disclosing login details to a third party.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at ok pk can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and others). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Users may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name — transactions through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. The payment methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at ok pk can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Terms for Other Promotions

All active promotions at ok pk are subject to specific terms:

• Weekly ok pk Recharge Offer — 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x. Minimum deposit ৳100. Applicable once per week on any working day.
• ok pk Slot Festival Bonus — 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x. Applicable once per day on slot games.
• Friday ok pk Special Offer — 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000, wagering 18x. Applicable on a single deposit on the last two days of the week.
• ok pk Birthday Reward — up to ৳1,000, wagering 10x. Once per year, for verified members.
• Refer a Friend ok pk Reward — up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x. Applicable once after each successful referral.

ok pk reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is established, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

ok pk's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: at Silver tier, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week → ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. To move up to a higher tier, consistent and regular activity must be maintained.

5.2 Terms for VIP Benefits

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account. ok pk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme or revoke a member's VIP status if a breach of terms or irregular activity is found on the account.

6.1 What Is Not Permitted on the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination if violated:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using any strategy to circumvent bonus rules.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform to obtain funds.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards ok pk staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

7.1 Copyright and Trademarks

All content used on the ok pk website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software code and other elements — is the intellectual property of ok pk. Reproducing, distributing, broadcasting or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission from ok pk is strictly prohibited.

The games and related assets of game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) are the property of the respective developers.

8.1 Nature and Limitations of the Service

ok pk strives to provide a continuous, error-free service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades or external factors. ok pk will not be liable for any loss arising in such cases.

8.2 Responsibility for Gaming Outcomes

All gaming outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). ok pk does not guarantee any specific outcome. Participation in games is the user's own decision and the user bears responsibility for any resulting financial loss.

9.1 Use of Personal Information

ok pk complies with applicable laws and regulations in the collection, storage and use of users' personal information. Personal information will be used only for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, ensuring security and meeting legal obligations.

10.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the ok pk support team. Eligible balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any bonus with an unmet wagering requirement will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension Initiated by ok pk

ok pk may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraud or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• When required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory instructions.

10.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a legal authority, only that provision will be removed — the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and other published policies of ok pk together form the entire agreement between the user and ok pk. Any prior oral or written discussions are considered replaced by this document.
